PAYMENT TERMS – SQ FOODS LTD

All orders placed through the SQ Foods Ltd website must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Payments are processed securely through the SQ Foods Ltd online ordering platform.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE

  1. GOODS
    1.1 The Goods (including any associated services) supplied by SQ Foods Ltd (“Supplier”) shall be
    described on invoices, order confirmations, website listings, or any other documentation issued by
    the Supplier.

1.2 The Customer is deemed to have accepted the Goods unless written notice of defect or issue is provided within 48 hours of delivery.

1.3 No Goods supplied by SQ Foods Ltd may be returned without prior written approval from the Supplier.

1.4 Approved returns must:
(a) be in original packaging;
(b) be unused and in saleable condition; and
(c) be accompanied by proof of purchase.

1.5 SQ Foods Ltd reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on approved returned Goods, plus any associated freight costs.

  1. PRICE & PAYMENT
    2.1 All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Payment is required in full at checkout prior to dispatch or collection of Goods.

2.3 SQ Foods Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

2.4 The Customer shall not initiate chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting SQ Foods Ltd to resolve the matter.

  1. DELIVERY & RISK
    3.1 Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery or collection.

3.2 Delivery dates and times are estimates only and SQ Foods Ltd shall not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

3.3 The Supplier is not responsible for loss, damage, or deterioration occurring after delivery.

  1. RETENTION OF TITLE
    4.1 Ownership of the Goods remains with SQ Foods Ltd until payment has been received in full.

  2. LIABILITY
    5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, SQ Foods Ltd shall not be liable for indirect,
    consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use of supplied Goods.

  3. PRIVACY
    6.1 The Customer authorises SQ Foods Ltd to collect and store relevant information for order
    processing, customer support, and account management purposes.

6.2 Customer information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

  1. WEBSITE ORDERS
    7.1 By placing an order through the SQ Foods Ltd website, the Customer agrees to these Terms &
    Conditions.

7.2 SQ Foods Ltd may update pricing, products, and terms at any time without notice.
